Can I change my order?

You are kindly advised to check that your order is correct before placing, as we are usually unable to make changes to orders once they have been submitted. Our customer service team will do their best to serve you however please be aware this is not always possible. To start that process, send us an email at (orders@vitarea.com.cy) straight away and we will aim to answer within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds will be processed once the return is received, has been processed by our warehouse, and provided that the product has not been opened. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used when placing your order. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 2 weeks to appear on your credit card statement, depending on the financial institution that issued the card.

Can I return products purchased somewhere other than Vitarea.com.cy?

We don’t accept returns or exchanges for products other than those purchased directly from our website Vitarea.com.cy. If you purchased our products from pharmacies, retail store, or another online store please contact the original company of purchase.

Can I return the products that I bought?

We only accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products, within 10 days from the day of receipt. As our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products. We don’t accept the return of free gifts. Please notice that returns incur shipping costs.
