Extract, quercetin from Japanese Sophora flower extract and grape seed extract, ingredients with nutritional and physiological effects and antioxidant activity. In particular, trans-resveratrol is a polyphenol, which belongs to the class of phytoalexins and exhibits a strong antioxidant effect.
Fisetin belongs to the group of flavonoids and in particular to flavonols, just like quercetin, and they show antioxidant activity proven in the literature. Finally, grape seed extract is rich in antioxidant proanthocyanidins (OPC).
